I love reading this book. It makes me feel like if I ever wanted to be a teacher I would want to be like her. It's amazing how her students respect her, in one part of the book someone had stolen a book of Esme and Esme decided to put all the books away until someone returned it. Parents came to complain that their child was sad that they she had put the books away and if she can put them back out. Esme had said not until someone returns the stolen book, the next day the book was sitting on top of her desk. I think this shows how much her students were interested in learning. I love how she cares about her students so much and do everything that is possible to make learning fun.
